OMENE tasks urhobo's leaders not to be controversial

Urhobo Progress Union (UPU), worldwide President General, Pg, Olorogun Engr. Joseph Omene (JP), yesterday in his country home , Mosogar , Ethiope East Local Government Area, Delta State discussed extensively on issues boredering and affecting the entire Urhobo as a Nation. "First of all i must use these great opportunity to thank and appreciate our Royal Fathers ( IVIES) ,of all urhobo kingdoms in their pursuit for Urhobo Unity. High chief Omene also congratulate the characters of persons selected for the reconciliation committees led by, Gen (rtd) Obada,in resolving UPU leadership crisis, that kudos to Gen Obada for his spirit of sportmanship that he is a man of outstanding and impeccable character with a perfect and a clean heart. Gen. Obada met with all aggrieved persons both in lagos , Delta and many others branches within Nigeria that we can only be stronger if we all stands on the part of Unity.

While reacting to questions from Journalists , that i once told pressmen i would return once i have sipped from the fountain of memories." Cruelty is the only true currency of the Universe " we all must over come apprenhension, even the excos of chief Gabriel Ofotokun are in dissolution over his complicity for the few months he was appointed as chairman interim committee, upu. he Ofotokun was never appointed as UPU President General , he was only been appointed as the chairman of the caretaker committee pending when UPU crisis would resolve , but now the self aclaimed President General of UPU, cHIEF Gabriel Ofotokun sees himself as semi god. Ofotokun , the self aclaimed Pg was a controversial man , that makes him not a patrotic urhoboman.

UPU President General worldwide called the self aclaimed Pg constitution amendment as unconstitutional that he and his exco cannot review such constitution and work with , ' i myself and my executive need to setup a committee to amend the constitution not to use the one amended by ofotokun his and excos. He further tasked urhobo leaders to concentrate on issues that will promote and brings unity to urhobo people not been controversial.
